About The Position

We are looking for a Phlebotomist to provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service in Niles, Ohio. This is a part-time role with 28 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 1/2 hour lunch daily. The role involves routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI), and employees are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
