About The Position

This position is located in Hillview, but training will be approximately 10 – 12 weeks at our Beaumont location in Lexington (this time may not be consecutive). Lodging is provided, and mileage will bereimbursed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent.
• Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Must work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public.
• Have a strong, stable work history.
• Pre-employment background check, and drug screen are required.
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.

• Related training and education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes.
