About The Position

Seeking a Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes. This is a long-term career opportunity in a stable environment with job-appropriate (non-certification) paid training provided. The role is located in the Hillview Donor Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent.
• Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public.
• A strong, stable work history.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.

Nice To Haves

• Related training and education a plus.
• Phlebotomists who have completed at least 6 months of whole blood training may be required to successfully fulfill Automation training for an additional $2.50 skills premium.
