About The Position
Compass Medical Provider, LLC is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to assist us in providing care to the Georgia Army National Guard. Must be available April 29th & April 30th, 2026. As a Phlebotomist, you will be essential in providing high-quality patient care through the collection and processing of blood specimens. You will utilize your core skills in venipuncture, medical terminology, and patient service to ensure accurate and timely blood sampling. With a focus on patient comfort and safety, you will contribute significantly to our healthcare mission, particularly in a military setting where precision and care are paramount. Compass Medical Provider is a great company focused on the care of the soldier and building an excellent team to support the soldier. Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Actively registered with the state or currently working under a physician.
- Scrubs are a must
- Training will be mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Military experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples through venipuncture and other methods while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis.
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to provide exceptional patient care.
