Under direct supervision by department leadership, performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Interacts with donors and coordinators, providing a high level of customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience. Takes pride in and is committed to delivering high quality services. Works cooperatively and is a supportive member of the team/group. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives. Incumbent may be responsible for driving, or providing effective interactions with Spanish speaking donors depending on qualifications and business need. Must be available to support Crystal Lake center hours after 8 week training: Sunday: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday & Tuesday: 11:00am-7:30pm Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm Saturday: 6:30am-3:00pm Wednesday & Thursday: Off Days With availability to cover area centers as needed.
