About The Position

We are seeking a skilled, upbeat, and dependable Phlebotomist to join our team on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In this dynamic dual-role, you will perform blood draws, assist with specialized Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures, and support overall clinic operations and patient care. Requirements

• 2–3 years of daily, high-volume blood draw experience required.
• Proven competency in venipuncture techniques and proper specimen handling.
• Experience with or willingness to learn PRP protocol handling.
• Strong communication skills, exceptional bedside manner, and a proactive team-player mindset.
• Must have consistent, reliable availability for Tuesdays and Thursday shifts (11:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine venipunctures with high accuracy and comfort.
• Assist the physician directly during PRP procedures, including specimen preparation and handling.
• Responsible for opening/closing room prep, maintaining strict sanitization and cleanup protocols, and managing clinical inventory/supplies.
• Assist patients before, during, and after treatment, supporting the physician with light physical rehabilitative care as needed.
• Maintain a bright, positive attitude to foster a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient.
