About The Position

Kadlec is offering a $4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, performs a variety of functions related to specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry, receiving and logging phone orders, retrieving lab results for physicians or their representatives, control and management of confidential information and documents, and report sorting and filing. Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution.
• Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire or Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• One (1) year Customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program.
• Healthcare experience.
