About The Position

Centurion is seeking a per diem Phlebotomist to join their team at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex in Pikeville, Tennessee. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, performing finger stick blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients within a correctional healthcare setting. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Current Phlebotomist certification with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
