About The Position
El Dorado Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Phlebotomist to join their team. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for labeling, processing, and delivering specimens for testing, collecting blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques, and maintaining equipment and medical supplies. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- An approved nationally accredited training course in Phlebotomy Preferred
- Certification from ASCP or NHA Preferred
- Formal Phlebotomy training Preferred
Responsibilities
