The practice conducts clinical trials through their affiliation with Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), a global leader in oncology research that has been offering and managing clinical trials in the community for over 30 years. Since its inception, SCRI has contributed to pivotal research that has helped advance the majority of new cancer therapies approved by the FDA today. The Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight of phlebotomy services within SCRI Oncology Partners. This role ensures high-quality specimen collection, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient experience across SCRI clinical sites. The Phlebotomy Supervisor serves as a working leader, providing direct supervision, training, and support to phlebotomy staff while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, laboratory partners, and practice leadership. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the US Oncology Compliance Program and its Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
