About The Position
Revere Health is seeking a motivated, outgoing candidate to join their phlebotomy team to provide the best patient laboratory experience. This role supports the daily activities of the medical laboratory, requiring courteous and friendly service with multiple patients. The successful candidate will maintain a professional image in appearance and conduct, balance team and individual responsibilities, and contribute to a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and co-workers. An employee scrub allowance is provided upon hire.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Graduation from an accredited medical vocational institution with phlebotomy course diploma and/or previous experience
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively
Nice To Haves
- Certified phlebotomist preferred
- Previous phlebotomy work experience preferred
- Spanish and English languages preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory specimen collection on all patient age groups in the Provo location
- Assist with receptionist and clerical duties as needed
- Assist with stocking and ordering supplies
- Specimen processing for testing and shipment to reference laboratory testing
- Adherence to policies and procedures associated with the position
