About The Position
The Phlebotomist Lead works at patient service centers in Lake County, Illinois. The role assists the supervisor with site inspections, employee training, scheduling, and resolving staff problems and issues. This is a full-time position with required travel. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Requirements
- Completed phlebotomy program.
- CPR-BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Five years of phlebotomy experience.
- Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor.
- Assist with site inspections.
- Assist with training new employees.
- Assist the supervisor with scheduling.
- Assist staff with problem solving and issues.
