In this role, you'll do more than draw blood, you'll help ensure each patient has a safe, respectful, and reassuring experience. From confirming identity and performing venipunctures to labeling and processing samples for lab analysis, your attention to detail will support quality care at every step. You'll follow strict safety and documentation standards while also creating a clean, well-organized workspace.

Requirements

Phlebotomy certification
2-5 years of hands-on experience
Strong understanding of lab processing
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of phlebotomy experience or related experience in a medical setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and patient service skills, with the ability to create a positive and supportive patient experience.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in blood collection techniques and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Working knowledge of medical terminology
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with medical terminology
Familiarity with functional medicine
CPR certification
Associate degree preferred
Willingness to learn and engage with principles of functional medicine.
Experience working with electronic medical record systems and databases preferred
