About The Position

This is a 3-month contract position for a Phlebotomist III - Floater. The role requires flexibility in schedule and location, including potential weekend, holiday, on-call, and overtime work. The individual will be responsible for providing quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, working independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrating superior customer focus. Travel between multiple locations is required, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting is essential. The position also requires adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
Keyboard/data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

Medical assistant or paramedic training.
Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities

Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Perform excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Be flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Travel and work flexible hours to cover multiple locations, including Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

Process blood and travel between sites within a 45-minute timeframe.
