Phlebotomist II Territory
About The Position
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. This role involves travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. The primary focus is to ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. The role requires effective communication to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. You will work independently with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations. Demonstrating the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions is essential to uphold service and operational excellence.
