About The Position

This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. The Phlebotomist II Territory role is based in Elk Grove, CA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and includes rotational weekends. The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $26.85 per hour. Salary offers are determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation. This role involves traveling within an assigned territory to provide professional phlebotomy services at Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other designated sites. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to maintain high-quality laboratory results. Effective communication is essential to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. The role requires independent work with a consistently low error rate and the ability to manage more complex collection and patient/client situations. Responsibilities

  • Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites.
