This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. The Phlebotomist II Territory role is based in Anaheim, CA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and includes rotational weekends. Travel within an assigned territory is necessary to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. The role ensures accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Effective communication is key to creating a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. This position requires working independently with a consistently low error rate and handling more complex collections and patient/client situations. Demonstrating the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions is essential to uphold service and operational excellence.
