Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years administrative support experience, preferably in a philanthropy office.
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements processes to ensure effective and accurate record keeping for donors, church relations and fundraising special events.
• Responsible for administration, documentation, and recording of annual giving funds, grant funds, and endowment/estate gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations including church-related and special events gifts ensuring agency follows donor's intent.
• Ensures money and checks are deposited daily.
• Performs assigned tasks to assist and support all other department functions.
• Provides assistance and support to the CEO, Senior Director of Philanthropy and Church Relations and all Philanthropy Directors.
