•$16 - $24

About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. They help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately; assist patients at pharmacy workstations and through in-person and phone interactions; and contribute to a caring, inclusive, and safe environment. Technicians follow company standard operating procedures, pharmacy workflow practices, and applicable legal and professional requirements. After starting, they must complete the company training program and meet applicable state registration, licensing, and certification requirements. Duties may be restricted by the Pharmacy Manager until those requirements are completed. Depending on applicable laws and required training, the role may include supporting immunizations and other patient health care services, such as point-of-care testing and offsite clinics. Where permitted, Technician Immunizers complete additional licensure and training, educate and refer patients, monitor and respond to adverse reactions, document patient information, and manage vaccine supplies. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and flexibility to work shifts at other stores in the market as business needs require.
