About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence in retail locations. They help ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring service to patients and customers. Technicians follow company standard operating procedures, best practices, and effective communication practices, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team culture. After joining, Technicians must complete a company training program and meet registration, licensing, and certification requirements under applicable state Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Depending on applicable law and required training and certification, Technicians may also provide additional patient health care services, including immunizations, point-of-care testing, and staffing offsite clinics. Where permitted, a Technician may pursue Technician Immunizer status and support vaccine preparation and administration. This is a part-time position with 20 anticipated weekly hours. The typical pay range is $16.50–$25.00 per hour. The actual offer depends on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Eligible part-time colleagues may access benefits and programs that support physical, emotional, and financial well-being, depending on hours worked and eligibility.
