Pharmacy Technician

CVS Health•Salisbury, MO
•$17 - $25•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. They help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately; follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy workflows; and provide caring service as an often-first point of contact for patients and customers. Technicians contribute to a safe, inclusive team culture and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. After starting, technicians must complete the company training program and meet applicable state Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification requirements. Duties may be restricted by the Pharmacy Manager until those requirements are met. Depending on applicable laws and training, technicians may also provide additional health care services, including immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinic support. Where permitted, immunization support requires additional licensure and training and may include vaccine preparation and administration. This is a part-time position with 20 anticipated weekly hours. The stated availability is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; all shifts are flexible. The typical pay range is $16.50–$25.00 per hour, with the actual offer depending on factors such as experience, education, and geography. The position is eligible for benefits and programs that may include dental and vision coverage, wellness resources, employee discounts, and certain voluntary benefits, depending on hours worked and eligibility. The application window is anticipated to close on December 16, 2026.
