Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Passion to help people and enrich their lives.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods of time.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling medications, operating equipment, and using computer systems.
Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds.
Visual acuity to read prescription labels, reports, and computer screens accurately.
May require bending, reaching, and repetitive motions during production activities.
Applicants must be eligible to work in this country.

Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
Registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Monitoring, filling, and organizing medication dispensing of automated machines.
Supporting inventory activities.
Processing correct bags through automated machines.
Maintaining a high level of quality assurance for medication dispensing.
Stocking received pharmacy inventory.
Organizing medication shelves and maintaining cleanliness of work station.
Ensuring station is properly stocked at all times.
Monitoring station queues.
Meeting daily pharmacy goals to ensure timely delivery to patients.
Communicating with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.
Embodying AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
Performing other duties as assigned.
