The Lead Pharmacy Technician role is designed for growth opportunities for dedicated Pharmacy Technicians who have enhanced their skill sets. These individuals will act as subject matter experts for their designated pharmacy team, working with Pharmacy Managers to improve department efficiencies. The expectation is to lead by example, support company and department goals, drive results, and ensure a consistent standard of work from the pharmacy team.

Requirements

No active performance management or corrective action.
6 months tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role.
Ability to work 2pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert within Fulfillment.
Scheduling of technicians.
Training of new hires.
Prioritizing STAT orders through process.
Quality checklists.
Standard work checklists.
End of day reporting.
Interpreting and monitoring of Salesforce and DOMO reports and following up (Missing Orders Report, Special Delivery Report, Production Flow).
Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules.
Demonstrate superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues.
