About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. They assist patients and customers, help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and work with the pharmacy team using company procedures and effective communication. Technicians demonstrate genuine care in their interactions and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace. Technicians who pursue Technician Immunizer status must complete the required licensure and training, educate patients about vaccines, refer vaccination questions to the Pharmacist-on-duty, monitor and report adverse reactions, collect and document patient information, and manage vaccine supplies. The position requires regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and flexibility to work at other stores in the market as business needs require.
