About The Position

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy focused on individualized care and partnership with patients and providers. The Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment contributes to prescription fulfillment and patient care by working in production fulfillment zones, meeting performance targets, and ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately and in compliance with required standards. The position offers three performance levels: Beginner (50–100 prescriptions per day), Intermediate (100–175 prescriptions per day), and Advanced (more than 175 prescriptions per day).

This is a full-time, on-site role scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A typical shift is eight hours without lunch. The work involves regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting. The hourly pay rate is $22–$25.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• An active state technician credential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated computer skills and comfort using pharmacy systems.
• Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification Program (PTCP).
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
• A proven record of accuracy in pharmacy-sector data entry.

Responsibilities

• Work in production fulfillment zones and meet or exceed specified key performance indicators.
• Process prescriptions accurately and with careful attention to technical detail.
• Meet the prescription-volume expectations associated with the applicable performance level: Beginner (50–100 per day), Intermediate (100–175 per day), or Advanced (more than 175 per day).
