About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for its specialty pharmacy in Woodridge, Illinois. The technician assists pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers with daily workflow, dispensing specialty prescription medications to patients or providers, and other pharmacy-related functions. The technician is responsible for completing assigned tasks each day. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour and up. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to employees starting before December 28, 2026. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge.
Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, including sig codes and Roman numerals, and of brand and generic medication names.
Basic math and analytical skills.
Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Responsibilities

Prepare prescriptions for dispensing by printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product.
Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
Complete all assigned tasks daily and help with pharmacy workflow.
