About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for its specialty pharmacy in Woodridge, Illinois. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. The technician assists pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers with daily workflow to dispense specialty prescription medications to patients or providers and perform other pharmacy-related functions. The technician is responsible for completing assigned tasks each day. The starting salary is $22.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees who start before December 28, 2026. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of pharmacy experience.
Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, including pharmacy terminology, sig codes, Roman numerals, and brand and generic medication names.
Basic math and analytical skills.
Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare prescriptions for dispensing by printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product.
Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
Complete assigned daily tasks accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting as needed.
