About The Position

Onco360 is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for its specialty pharmacy in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an on-site, full-time position in a closed-door pharmacy environment, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST. The starting salary is $22.50 per hour, with a $3-per-hour late-shift differential. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to employees who start before October 31, 2026. The role supports prescription fulfillment and medication inventory operations, with opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
Pharmacy technician license or registration as required by state law.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of medical terminology, including sig codes and Roman numerals, brand and generic medication names, and general pharmacy terminology.
Ability to input information accurately and efficiently.
Basic math and analytical skills.
Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.

CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials; a $500 bonus may be available for technicians who obtain them.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Prepare prescriptions for dispensing, including printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the finished product.
Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
