About The Position

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, now part of Cigna, is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join their Pharmacy team. This remote position requires candidates to be located and licensed in Indiana. The role involves assisting with data entry for incoming prescriptions, making outbound calls to prescribers' offices, and researching medication coverage issues with patients and doctors. The team focuses on providing in-depth care for patients with chronic health conditions. Requirements

Valid Indiana Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required.
2+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
1+ years of order entry experience required.
High School Diploma / GED required.
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with patients.
Must be comfortable with making and receiving high volume calls to patients and providers.
Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
