Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Wabasha, MN Pharmacy. In this role, you’ll work alongside pharmacists to deliver Love + Medicine to our patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Minnesota
• Nationally recognized pharmacy technician certification (CPhT or ExCPT), or willingness to become certified within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Work 36 hours per week (full time, benefits eligible)
• Monday – Saturday, day shifts
• Must be available Saturday mornings from 8 – 12 noon
• Enter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels, and fill prescriptions
• Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needs
• Prepare prescriptions for pick up, delivery, or shipment
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

• Hourly wage: $19.05 - $27.09 / hr, based on experience, plus additional pay for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
