CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. They help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately; assist patients and customers; follow company standard operating procedures and pharmacy workflows; and contribute to a caring, safe, and inclusive environment. Technicians complete required company training and meet applicable state registration, licensing, and certification requirements. The role may include supporting immunizations and other patient health care services, where permitted by law and supported by appropriate training and certification. Pharmacy Technicians who obtain Technician Immunizer status may prepare and administer vaccines, educate patients, refer vaccination questions to the Pharmacist-on-duty, respond to and report adverse reactions, document patient information, and manage vaccine supplies. This is a part-time position with 20 anticipated weekly hours. The typical pay range is $16.50–$25.00 per hour; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, and geography. Eligible benefits may include dental and vision coverage, wellness resources, employee discounts, and certain voluntary benefits, depending on hours worked and eligibility.
