About The Position
This role involves accurately refilling Pyxis machines, which includes pulling the correct medication from stock, ensuring the appropriate quantity, adhering to check-off procedures, and verifying quantities and expiration dates when placing products in nursing area Pyxis machines. The technician should also be aware of and able to utilize Pyxis reports as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- One year hospital experience preferred
- Retail experience is acceptable
Responsibilities
