About The Position
The Pharmacy Technician aids and assists the Pharmacist in assigned supervised duties in a responsible and ethical manner. The role interacts with healthcare professionals, corrections staff, and administrative staff to support Pharmacy department goals and fulfill contractual requirements. The position is at Central Mississippi Correctional Facility in Pearl, Mississippi.
Requirements
- Current pharmacy technician certification or licensure in the state of employment.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
