About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail stores. Depending on state law, training, and certification, Technicians may also support immunizations and other patient care services, including point-of-care testing and offsite clinics. Technician immunizer duties may include preparing and administering vaccines, educating patients, referring vaccination questions to the pharmacist, monitoring and reporting adverse reactions, collecting and documenting patient information, and managing vaccine supplies. The role requires regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and flexibility to work at other stores in the market when needed.
