About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence in retail stores. They are often the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring service. Technicians follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy workflow practices, communicate effectively, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Technician immunizers may complete additional training and licensure requirements to prepare and administer vaccines, educate patients, refer vaccination questions to the Pharmacist-on-duty, respond to adverse reactions, document patient information, and manage vaccine supplies. This is a part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 8.
