Pharmacy Technician - CSC Sterile Compounding
About The Position
At St. Luke’s, Pharmacy Technicians contribute to outstanding, patient-focused care. This position is in the Consolidated Service Center’s sterile compounding pharmacy in Meridian, Idaho. Sterile Compounding Technicians prepare medications in a cleanroom using aseptic techniques and following USP <797>/<800> standards. They maintain and document cleanroom and equipment compliance, including appropriate gowning, hood cleaning, and environmental controls. They also perform medication measurements and calculations, labeling, and recordkeeping, and help ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The schedule consists of variable shifts. Shift differential pay, certification pay for PTCB advanced certification, and preceptor pay are available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Idaho pharmacy technician license.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of experience.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
Responsibilities
- Prepare medications in a cleanroom using aseptic techniques and in accordance with USP <797>/<800> standards.

- Perform accurate medication measurements, calculations, labeling, and recordkeeping.
