Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment ($3 shift differential)
About The Position
Onco360 is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for its specialty pharmacy in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an on-site, full-time role in a closed-door pharmacy environment, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The starting salary is $22.50 per hour, with a $3-per-hour late-shift differential. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for employees who start before October 31, 2026. Technicians may also be eligible for a $500 bonus for obtaining CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials. The role involves preparing prescriptions for dispensing, organizing orders for shipment, and managing medication inventory while maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Pharmacy technician license or registration as required by state law.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, including sig codes and Roman numerals, brand and generic medication names, and general pharmacy terminology.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
- Basic math and analytical skills.
- Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare prescriptions for dispensing, including printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product.
- Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
- Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
