About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service. They assist with pharmacy operations across workstations such as production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off, and follow company procedures, applicable laws, and professional standards. Technicians are often patients’ first point of contact and help create caring, personalized experiences while supporting patient health and resolving or escalating concerns. Where allowed by law and supported by required training and certification, technicians may provide additional services such as immunizations, point-of-care testing, and staffing offsite clinics.
