About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. They are often the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring service. Technicians follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy workflow practices, communicate effectively, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive team culture. After starting, Technicians must complete the company training program and meet applicable state registration, licensing, and certification requirements. Until those requirements are met, the Pharmacy Manager may restrict duties. Depending on state law and required training, Technicians may also support immunizations and other patient health care services, including point-of-care testing and offsite clinics. This is a part-time role with anticipated weekly hours of 29.
