CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. They help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring, responsive service to patients and customers. Technicians follow company Standard Operating Procedures, pharmacy workflow procedures, and applicable legal, regulatory, professional, and ethical requirements while contributing to a safe, inclusive team culture. Technicians complete a company training program and satisfy applicable state registration, licensing, and certification requirements. Until those requirements are met, the Pharmacy Manager may restrict their duties. Depending on state law, training, and certification, technicians may also provide additional health care services, including immunizations and point-of-care testing, or staff offsite clinics. Technician immunizer duties may include vaccine preparation and administration, patient education and referral to the pharmacist, adverse-reaction response and reporting, patient information documentation, and vaccine supply management. This is a part-time position with 25 anticipated weekly hours. The pay range is $18.00–$28.00. Actual pay depends on factors including experience, education, and geography. Eligible benefits and programs may include dental and vision coverage, wellness resources, employee discounts, certain voluntary benefits, and other programs, depending on hours worked and eligibility. The application window is anticipated to close on 12/14/2026.
