About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence in a retail store. They are often the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring, personalized service. Technicians follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy workflows, communicate effectively, and help maintain a safe and inclusive environment. Technicians must complete the company training program and meet applicable state Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification requirements. Until those requirements are completed, the Pharmacy Manager may restrict duties. Where permitted by law and supported by required training and certification, technicians may also provide services such as immunizations and point-of-care testing, or staff offsite clinics. Some technicians may complete additional requirements to obtain Technician Immunizer status and support vaccine preparation and administration. This is a part-time role with 20 anticipated weekly hours. The stated pay range is $20.12 per hour. The actual offer may depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
