We’re seeking a rockstar Pharmacy Technician / Customer Service Representative—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and absolutely shines on the phone. You’ll be the voice and heart of the pharmacy for our patients, so friendliness, follow-through, and a passion for helping people are a must.

Requirements

• 1+ year of pharmacy technician or pharmacy customer service experience
• Comfortable on the phone and in-person with a variety of customers
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Passionate about healthcare and customer service
• Familiarity with pharmacy software a plus (Micro Merchant/PrimeRx or similar)
• Bilingual a plus
• NYS Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred, not required)
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Pharmacy technician: 1 year (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Commack, NY 11725 (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with pharmacy software a plus (Micro Merchant/PrimeRx or similar)
• Bilingual a plus
• NYS Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Handle prescription intake and processing with accuracy and urgency
• Answer phones with professionalism and care – you’re the first impression
• Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in and delivery patients
• Assist in curating skincare recommendations (we’ll train you!)
• Work closely with pharmacists and the pharmacy team to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Build lasting relationships with patients—we know many by name!
