Programs include inpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). How you’ll contribute: The Pharmacy Technician provides essential distributive pharmacy services, support, and assistance to the registered pharmacist in a behavioral health setting. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this role is responsible for refilling and maintaining automated dispensing systems, preparing daily medication carts, repackaging bulk medications, and managing pharmacy inventory. The technician must be registered with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy and hold current PTCB certification or be a licensed pharmacy intern. This position requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform duties independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Note: This role does not involve medication compounding.
