About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate, and timely prescription services and a caring patient experience. They help pharmacy operations run smoothly by following standard operating procedures and workflow practices at workstations such as production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off. Technicians interact with patients and customers in person and over the phone, assist with problems or escalate them as appropriate, and may offer immunizations and other services where permitted and appropriately trained.
