About The Position
The Pharmacy Technician role involves rotating through key areas of the inpatient pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and clinical teams. This position is hands-on, detail-driven work where accuracy, teamwork, and urgency matter. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time employment.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
- Licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio
- Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A detail-oriented, team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently
- Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units
- Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory
- Compound sterile and non-sterile medications
- Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety
