Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn pharmacy management software
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
- 2+ years of experience in remote pharmacy support or administrative roles
- Proficiency in pharmacy software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant tools (CRM, inventory systems)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update prescription and patient data within pharmacy systems
- Support medication inventory management and digital record keeping
- Assist with administrative duties such as verifying insurance information, responding to patient inquiries, and scheduling
- Manage digital documentation, including scanning, filing, and organizing pharmacy records
- Perform basic data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members remotely to support pharmacy operations
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and pharmacy information
- Develop and optimize workflows for pharmacy data management
- Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports
- Mentor and train new team members remotely
- Coordinate communication across departments and pharmacy teams
- Support implementation of remote work best practices and tools
