PharmScript, part of the Optum family of businesses, is a leading pharmacy partnering with long-term and post-acute care facilities to supply medications. The Pharmacy Floor Technician supports the on-site pharmacist by preparing, processing, and maintaining prescriptions. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in NJ or willingness to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License in NJ within 180 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pharmacy experience
Responsibilities
- Fill prescription orders for pharmacist verification
- Receive, stock, and organize medications and supplies
- Process wholesaler medication orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Support compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Perform clerical and documentation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
