Exciting positions available for licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple retail pharmacy customer relations programs. These programs include but are not limited to: • Outreach to Medicare members regarding their medication adherence and offering assistance to resolve any barriers to refill • Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with their healthcare programs • Assist customers with retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as needed • Must have superb customer service and empathy skills to connect with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced customer contact center.

Requirements

Resident of Alaska, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont or Washington.
Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications.
Ability to complete all required training programs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish
Prior Call Center experience
Previous experience working from home a plus
Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
