About The Position

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician Supervisor for their closed-door pharmacy. In this role, you will lead a team of order entry and dispensing experts, collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies. The position involves managing schedules, timecards, and payroll, while also focusing on team building through coaching and leadership. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, from data entry to order fulfillment, adhering to established procedures. This is a full-time position based in Washington, IN.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing up to 10 reports.
  • Licensed preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of order entry and dispensing experts.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage team schedules and timecards.
  • Process payroll every other week.
