About The Position

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Full-time LTC Pharmacy Technician Supervisor for our Washington, IN location. This family-owned and operated business is looking for a motivated individual to lead a team of order entry and dispensing experts in a closed-door pharmacy. The role involves collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, tracking timecards, and processing payroll. The ideal candidate will foster a team environment built on honesty, diversity, fairness, and inclusivity through hands-on coaching and leadership. Daily operations include ensuring data entry accuracy and efficient order fulfillment according to established procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing up to 10 reports.
  • Licensed preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of order entry and dispensing experts in a closed-door pharmacy.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage team schedules and timecards.
  • Process payroll every other week.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and leadership to build a team focused on honesty, diversity, fairness, and inclusivity.
  • Oversee daily operations, including data entry and order fulfillment, following established procedures.
